CLASS Information

Our Vision

Imagine a city where a godly heritage is prized and whose people seek out God to hallow his name, to serve his kingdom, and to accomplish his purpose. Our vision at Caprock Church is to work together with God for city transformation. This all happens one life at a time. There are four steps to our vision.

  • Bring - To bring God and people together.
  • Heal - To minister healing to broken lives.
  • Train - To nurture faith and community.
  • Lead - To develop leaders for ministry.
At Rock Chapel, we have designed four classes around our vision. These classes are based on four covenants of membership, maturity, ministry, and management. They represent our core courses to lead you step-by-step through your discipleship process of becoming like Jesus Christ.
  1. CLASS 101 Membership. This is a three-hour class, taught by our lead pastor, Tim Triplett. It is a basic introduction to the ministry of Rock Chapel. It will help you to understand what's involved with church membership. Topics covered include Rock Chapel's origins, basic beliefs, and governmental structure. CLASS 101 Membership is offered every other month on Sunday evenings.
  2. CLASS 201 Maturity. This is a three-hour class designed to guide you through the core competencies of a fully-developing follower of Christ. It is a course developed specifically to help you find success in your walk with Christ. CLASS 201 Maturity is offered every other month on Sunday evenings, or through a Small Group as an independent study.
  3. CLASS 301 Ministry. This is a one-of-a-kind discovery seminar developed to help you realize your unique spiritual giftings. Using an assessment tool called SHAPE, you can discover how God has shaped you for ministry. CLASS 301 Ministry is offered every other month on Sunday evenings.
  4. CLASS 401 Mission. The goal of CLASS 401 is to move you from having an inward focus of personal growth to an outward focus of leadership, ministry, and purpose. The class is designed to help you develop your leadership gifts for ministry. Mission is offered every other month on Sunday evenings.
Rock Chapel exists to develop leaders for ministry. After you complete your growth track, you are ready to begin your new ministry, whether it be starting new small groups or starting new churches or starting new missions, this is a ministry that is expanding on it's base of leaders.
