Mike and Melody Davis
Pastors Mike and Melody are the Lead Pastors of Rocky Mountain Family Church, carrying a God-given vision to see lives transformed and leaders empowered through the local church. Since founding RMFC in 1994, they have remained committed to impacting Southern Colorado and reaching the world with the message of Jesus Christ. Their passion for ministry is reflected not only in the church they lead, but in their family.

D’Wayne and Christina Gaymon
D’Wayne and Christina have faithfully served in ministry leadership for over 35 years. With a deep love for the local church, they are passionate about supporting pastors and helping fulfill God’s purpose for both the church and the community. Their desire is to see people experience the fullness of the gospel in everyday life. Above all, their passion is Jesus. They serve with joy, purpose, and the unwavering conviction that Christ is the center and source of all they do.
Office Administrator
Janet Lynch
Janet has been a member of Rocky Mountain Family Church for over 15 years and carries a genuine heart for people that is evident in both her joyful spirit and the way she serves others. She faithfully serves on staff as the Church Administrator, bringing excellence, care, and organization to the day-to-day life of RMFC. In addition, Janet is a valued member of the worship team, where she helps lead the congregation into the presence of God through worship.
